I would love to build a Tamiya 250 trails bike but they all seem expensive and out of my budget is there a reason for the high price.

It's an out of production kit so people tend to want more for it.

Yeah I had my eye on a Tamiya Honda CX500 Turbo when I was thinking about it it was on Amazon for under £30, then when I went to get it it had shot up to over £250, it's come down a LOT now but still at just under £60 more than double what it should be.

Dave have you look at the tamiya moto cross bikes i have built all 3 and there nice buids and are reasonble price ,i must put some pics up of them

I keep looking for a Tamiya motocross bike but they are out of my price range and I would love one in my collection.

Just been outbid on ebay for an RM250.
