Amati fast clamp 7389 from eBay

I recently bought the fast clamp 7389 from eBay. However the items are not working as intended and do not seem genuine.

They do not work as push fit clamps and keep coming lose. They do not hold any item and keep slipping side wards. The rubber that attaches to the plastic to hold the item is not the same as shown in the packaging picture. It is crudely cut from a long strip of rubber and double sided tape used. The brass bar that the plastic arms, is of poor fit and a lot of wiggle movement.

I am in the process of getting a refund from the eBay seller and have had no issues so far.

I have also emailed Amati to report a possible fake item.
