simple build and use of some interesting paints make this pop for me, that and the sheer size.

That blue is stunning - and are those inconvenienced marines the standard 28mm figures? ('tis just a flesh wound!)

This looks awesome, man! I really like the paintwork, the blue looks glorious. That crest on the back, decal or raised detail? Very well done.

Thanks fellas, Jason, it is raised detail, just the brass over the black paint and a small brush.
