MIG Thinners for washes question

Hi guys,
I'm running out of my MIG Thinners and I'm sure I read somewhere years ago that it's the same as 'low odour thinner'
I've got a bottle of Dealer Rowney low odour thinner and I'd like to know if I can use it with MIG washes? I've searched online and can't find out so can anyone help?
