Thnx guys,
Some progress for today
Wheels built.
Rolling chassi complete. Wheels is just put there for the image and will be painted seperately, I tried once painting tracks and wheels already mounted. I didnt likte that at all
Exhaust and backend mounted with some PE also.
Well that was todays progress and this Dragon kit is coming together nicely so far. Only 1 misslabeled part so far I think

That's fairly typical for some Dragon kits. I think that it's a game to them... Like Where's Waldo or something. A treasure hunt... Haha
Looks great so far Swede!
Fast fast fast

Sods law you pick the wrong one an notice about three weeks later

Autumn is coming fast and its crappy weather today so got some work done.
Thank god Dragon has a excessive amount of parts in their kits so the cutter and the S shaped thingy, towing hook? was taken from spare parts.
Some putty work needed also to cover not needed mounting holes.
Same with other side. shovel and fire extinguisher was supposed to be there with alot of other stuff but this is whats left.
I dont have any tools for PE stuff yet so I used a tip Coen did in one of his videos by rolling the PE on a eraser gum. Worked like a charm so thnx for that tip.
Antennas wasn´t supposed to be mounted but the WoT version has them so I had some left from my Panzer IV build and took those instead.
Waaay to much detail for a WoT tank.
And the result of todays work. some sanding on the top part left.

All for the cause.
You learned that PE trick from me?
Wow... You did we'll with it. That shape is completely perfect. Well done.

Sorry for the lack of updates guys, been some busy days but anyway felt I needed to get some stuff done in the mighty stug so here it is at the moment.
Right before I started to puzzle the whole tank together. Just finished building the gun part on it.
Didnt take any pics of the assembly process sadly so this is where it¨s at now
All primered up
I gotta say for a second time airbrusher the Vallejo lines of primers and paints are totally awesome.
Waiting now for a delivery from the UK for all the weathering products and some paint needed so next weekend I should be able to paint the main color and the camo etc.

Looks great Stefan, that Vallejo primer really settles nicely.
I love the stuff so far.
You have to be careful with it though, the Vallejo paints I find aren't as tough as other paints. They scratch easily.
Cool use of an egg carton buddy.

Well done Stefan,
That's going to look really cool dude.
Love all the sweeping camo lines. That would have been a bugger to paint.
What did you use to mask?

Looks good mate, thankfully it doesn't look like a Zebra, which could have happened when painting black and white stripes!
Look forward to seeing this come along.

Thnx guys.
Coen I just used some white tac to mask and afterwards I brush painted some lines to get em more sweeping and not so sharp.
After the "One" who decides decided we should take a trip to Ikea I had some other modelling work to do last night which wasn´t nearly as relaxing as building a model so today I chose the more relaxing modellbuilding and cracked on with the Stug.
Tracks and wheels mounted.
Decals added and it´s had a gloss coat.
And for those who noticed it the last pics I have now replaced one of the antennas cause one broke during painting.
Thats it for now, More pics will come tonight cause It´s already fairly complete so end results will come soon.

Very cool Stefan. She looks like she's all set for weathering. Are you planning a diorama for her or a display?

No havent planned anything for it at the moment, for the GB it will probably just be the tank but in the future I might do something when I got some stuff. At the moment I got nothing in terms of supplies for a Dio or a Display.
