BUILD UPDATE #1: :thumb1:
So I have started the 1/48th spitfire Vb. so far so good as you can see I have only got part of the cockpit and wing sections complete. Still waiting for some new modelling tools and my akan paints to come then can start getting some colour down on her. Feels good to be modeling again.

BUILD UPDATE #2
So finally started work again on the Spitfire V got the cockpit some and got some paint down at last  and got her weathered up, been a busy day but I'm happy with what I've achived. The was I used was a oil wash that I made myself which was enjoyable to do. Hope the pictures are not too bad :D

BUILD UPDATE 3
so have been busy with the airbrush and have got the camo pattern down. Using Vallejo model air for this model and must say their new paints are working really well having no problem spraying when mixed with Ultimate thinner . all the spraying was done free hand with no masking of which was a risk but I'm so happy with the results because it's come out with some fading effect. Still got some painting to go but should be finished soon
