Other than what everyone has said, Alliance Model Works has a steampunk submarine http://www.am-works.com/fw001-1-144-steampunk-submarine, like Industria Mechanika it's a full on resin kit and not cheap. Hasegawa has a vanship from the anime Last Exile that has a steampunk feel to it, http://www.hasegawausa.com/product-pages/hsgs6507.html.
