Hi
Does anyone know a good online (UK) source for stowage for tanks. Currently I'm looking for NATO, but I'll also be in the market for WWII at some point.
I don't even know what the correct term to search for is...

what tank and what nation are you looking for ? and what era !!! beside WWII
Legend productions comes to mind, same fore Black Dog or Verlinden and many other companies.... supplies resin stowage sets.

While they don't do specifically modern items, value gear''s crates and tarp packs are inexpensive enough that every armour modeller should have some, even modern armour can wear a tarp.
The tamiya stowage kit of backpacks and other items might work on your modern project, even though it''s meant to be American gear.

First things first - what is the term/phrase I should be using when searching? Stowage? Storage? Vehicle Accessories? (I see from Value Gear's website they're called stowage).
Second - websites that sell this kind of stuff
And as for era NATO/Warsaw Pact 1960-2010ish - things like what's on the LAV(?) in your avatar and WWII Allied/Soviet/Axis stuff. I'm currently working on a Leopard 1A4 and will be working on a Challenger II, M1A1 Abrams, Tiger I and Sherman

Its definitely STOWAGE mate.
Valuegear do loads of stuff for Shermans as well as sets of generic tarps and crates - all at good prices. Fields of Glory Models stock their range.

I've recently used a Legend set and was really impressed with the quality of the casting on the resin, but be prepared for some sawing as they have some seriously big casting blocks.
I couldn't find one in the UK when I was looking but got one within a week from a well known internet auction site.

You are allowed to say ebay or whatever. You just can't say Beetlejuice three times (Paul's cousin, they don't get along, long story....)
