How do I fix this (Does it even need to be fixed?)

I think I went overboard on weathering pigments for the bottom of my hull.


What I did was to apply the pigments dry, then used pigment fixer. It was worse before, but I went to town with it using enamel thinner. Any way to fix this? The pigment is MIG Russian earth.

I only intend for there to be mud splashes on the very bottom of the side skirts, and then for the rest of the tank, just rubbing and dusting very lightly with Europe earth (sand coloured pigment), with no fixer, or anything at all, so the top of the hull will have minimal weathering, just dust.

For context, building a king tiger from pz abt 505, fresh from the factory, fresh off the rails, on its way to the frontlines in the Eastern Front.
