Post by Avgas »

Yet another one on the go.

Image

A4 instructions.

Image

Weapons load out sheet, double sided.

Image

Stencil sheet. This thing is like Stencil City... I can see me accidentaly maybe forgetting one or two...

Image

Lovely colour call out sheet, double A4 sized.

Image

Decals by Cartograf, nuff said.

Image

Pit in progress. I used the Eduard PE set. bit fiddly.

Image

Intake trunking done.

Image

Wingy poos attached.

Image

One piece fuselage, very nice.

Image

Pit buttoned up.

Image

So far it's not exactly been Tamiya like in it's fit but it's not too bad. Bit of fighting to be done. Ejection seats are a bit bare but this will be a closed lid job. Might even put the crew in...

Great start Dave it's a very nice kit I have the Eduard "Good Morning Da'Nang " boxing which is superb the only nasty I found is the landing gear is very fragile and the assembly instructions for them is a bit vague, but this should look really nice when done mate :th:

Thanks. Yeah same with the Airfix Lightning I'm building at the moment, gear instructions are a best guess.
