I have been lurking on the YouTube channel and have finally plucked up the courage to join properly.

I came back to the hobby a few years ago and have tried some local clubs.

I was kicked out of the house to a "shed" which became a 20x20 log cabin at the bottom of the garden. Which is now finally almost finished and kitted out. I scared myself when I moved the plastic insulation from the loft into the bat cave. So for now I will be committing the sin of building kits before buying anything else

I model mainly display aircraft in 1\48 and 1\32, although at the moment I seem to of had a brain fart and its mostly ships that I am doing. Just about finished Revells 1\72 U Boat Type VIIc

I work shifts as a ALS response paramedic for the NHS and as such can be found in the Cave at all sorts of weird hours. I look forward to getting to know you all.

Could you do me a favour and update your profile to indicate what country you are in.
Nice to have a complete space to yourself. 20 x 20 is huge. I have 10 x 3, but thinking of extending and adding another 10x 10. Then I'll have some space and the old girl can get off my back. As the stash currently occupies a large built in wardrobe in a spare room. Damned if I know why she complains so much...plenty of room just none for me.
