Any opinions on which 1:35 British Challanger kit is the best, detail, ease, quality etc...

IMO definitely Tamiya's Chally 1 & 2 Kits and add some aftermarket photo etch etc. I also have Trumpeter's but they are a bit soft on detail.

Agreed, the Tamiya Challengers are hard to beat. My first build was a Chally 1 from Tamiya and it went together well.
