Hi all I need help with flicker please I can't seam to be able to copy photos to the forum

Hi Gaz, When you open a photo on Flickr you should see a share button at the bottom right, and it will offer you a BBcode that you can copy/paste onto the forum.

This only works on a computer, the mobile app doesn't have a share option unfortunately.
