1/12th scale Senna

Not sure if it's in the right section but here is a 1/12th GF Models resin figure I have been working on for a few weeks not done many figures due not being that good at them. GF are I think from Greece, and the castings are pretty good no air bubbles and very little flash, assembly is very straight forward used extra thin Cyano, left to settle for a day or so, before giving a a good wash in warm soapy water, and leaving to air dry, then primed with Hycote automotive etch primer, filled and sanded where required, then re primed with Alclad Black fine filler primer, again left to dry for a few days.
Then airbrushed with Zero paints Camel Yellow, sprayed thinly to allow a hint of the black base to show through for shading, sealed with Windsoe & Newton gloss acrylic UV proof varnish, before decaling.
Museum Collection driver decals used for Senna driving the 1987 Camel Lotus, got some spares for the JPS version which I might do at some point.
Decals are very good and comply very nicely, just a bit of Sol and Set needed on the helmet decals. Helmet details added, and then given a few coats of Windsor & Newton gloss clear. Visor made from clear acetate, a template is provided in the figure kit, to get the shape of the visor, I taped it to the body of a syringe, dipped it in boiling water for about 2 minutes then dipped in ice water, this freezes the visor shape. It was then sprayed with Alclad Clear Smoke to give the tint. Visor drilled and applied to the helmet with some micro rivets.
The whole lot varnished with Valejo Matt just a few more small details to add.

Nice work mate, as a mad F1 fan Senna is one of my favourite topics. I have a plan to do a Senna tribute of his
Championship cars as well as his lotus (1st win) and his Williams fw16 (last car he drove) and your figure would
Look great with those.
