Tamiya 1:48 - F4U-1A (FAA version) - REVEAL

Here’s my effort converting the Tamiya 1:48 F4U-1A to a FAA version.

The big difference is the ‘clipped wings’ and camo’
Aries/Quickboost resin was used for the engine, wheels, undercarriage doors and seat.
Eduard PE used for cockpit details and landing gear enhancements
Montex masks were used for roundels, lettering and canopy masks
Paints used were Ultimate primer, Alkan, Tamiya, vallejo and Mr Hobby
Weathering Ultimate, Tamiya panel liner, mig and AK stains and streaking

thanks Anders
Really nice Tamiya kit, no fit issues at all, straight out of the box it would build into a nice model
