Hi does any one use Windsor & Newton varnishes (matt and gloss) in rattle cans in relationship to applying decals, as some of you know I can't airbrush due to health reasons but a rattle can ??

Forgive my ignorance, but would there be any difference between a rattle can and airbrush in terms of particles getting into the atmosphere?

Pete has some serious health concerns if I remember right
I worry about you and spray cans though mate as they blast more volume and it goes everywhere!??
I can airbrush with my paint booth on and get hardly any smell..... in fact I don't always turn it on

I think they would be less safe due to the volume they put out at anyone time and importantly the propellant used is likely to be a hydrocarbon of some kind...LPG or other.
I use the WN matt which is water based through an airbrush and that seems to be as safe as it gets. Is wearing a respirator an option ?
