Accurate Armour 1/35 AFV 432

Post by chief5437 »

Another long term project, this time, my veh from op telic Mar 2003.

The kit comes as the basic 432, so as mine was a signals panzer, I've got a lot of scratch building to do on this one!

The last pic is a stowage bin we had welded to the upper hull. It looks simple, but believe me, it was a PITA to make! Looks nice on though, lol!

Some more progress made on the 43,
Added a few more bits, got some chipping done and a bit of a wash on. Started on the tracks which is being a pita. More kit and antennas and masts to add before final weathering.

hi guys :hi:

reviving this build that has been sat on the shelf for a few years!

it was mostly done, just needed one track added along with some small details.

somehow a few of the wheels had broken off in transit, so they had to be re-attached. the indy link resin tracks are an absolute nightmare, never again!!

so a combination of broken wheels and track links has resulted in some not so straight tracks!

anyway, its done now. im toying with the idea of a simple sand base which will help hide some of the tracks. but thats for another year!

some pics.

I took my H Licence in one of these, and have very fond memories of these vehicles. You have done a great job on this. Its spot on
Bench:1/35 Tamiya Tiger 1 Mid Production with lots of Aftermarket Stuff
Completed: Vespid 1/72 Comet A10
Shelf: Lots (101 Kits of multiple scales) of Armour + couple of Flappy / Wing Things, found a KV2 95% built and primed four years ago. Plus a few Lego Tech kits, to help restore MoJo
