This is probly a daft question as the PE is already coloured except for parts 74 and 75 which are just brass should they be painted before fitting in place
many thanks

Personally I decide based on the situation at the time, as I general rule if the PE part is the same colour as what it is being attached to (for example an extra bit of detail in an all metal wheel well) I will glue it on first, but if it will be a different colour I will paint it first (but there are exceptions to this as well if I think if it will be easier to glue in first)

I need a bit more of an over view of where the part goes generally...more context

They go either side of the instrument panel
With a dry fit of the panel they will not really be seen as such

it could be easier to paint the cockpit when the areas are accessible and then... add all the nice Pre-painted p.e. elements last. That way you won't risk touching those with the paint brush by mistake.... adding painted p.e. parts afterwards with C.A ? you could risk getting "frosting" from the curing process... on the painted parts or even the pre coloured ones ? (I am talking about the little white residue) no guaranty it will happen but it does happens from time to time. have fun !
