Squadron

Post by bfrd »

Squadron is AWESOME!

A few weeks ago I sent in a suggestion about their website. Ordering paint is a pain on most sites (including theirs at the time) as you have to go through many pages and then open up a bunch of windows to get the colors you want. I suggested that a spreadsheet-like view would be most helpful.

I visited the site a few days ago and found they did just what I asked. I am positive that I am not the only one that asked, but still an awesome result. They haven't implemented for all of the paint lines they carry, but from what I am told that is planned. Here is a link to their Vallejo Model Air line.

More than that, I placed an order for pickup in the morning and stopped by in the afternoon. It was a pretty long drive; I left my house at 3:57 and arrived in their parking lot at 4:00. ;) Unfortunately, my order wasn't filled yet. Instead of asking me to come back the person that met me just went into the warehouse and filled it!

I also see they have a site wide 20% off sale that ends at midnight tonight (CST).

Didn't want to put up a new post, but Squadron is having a nifty sale on some of the bigger kits they carry.
