just wait 5 minutes to dry and remove excess with a damp cotton bud or paper.

like Vallejo Plastic putty or perfect plastic putty.

no sanding needed its perfect

I've found Vallejo's plastic putty hates being sanded and shrinks like a thing that likes to shrink a lot. I've recently tried using Tamiya's white putty recently. It takes to sanding a lot better and if you have lacquer thinner you can dilute it just like Vallejo's putty. It's a lot messier and harder to clean up though. And it's a lot more toxic than Vallejo's stuff too, apparently.
