Revell Snap Tite "The Black Diamond" Pirate Ship. 1/350 scale. 26 parts. Revell model number 85-1971
My second model build is for my partner, and I have been asked to build a sailing ship. To this end, I have chosen to build the Revell Snap Tite "The Black Diamond" Pirate Ship.
"The legend of the Black Diamond is known far and wide. On the high seas, nothing is feared more than the sight of the Black Diamond. Its crew of ruthless pirates sweeps down upon defenceless ships and robs them of all they have onboard. But if they are ever caught, it will be a long walk off a short gangplank for each and every pirate. So they take their chances and live a life of crime."
As you will see, this build had a couple of issues. Whether they were because of the model or because of my lack of experience, I'm not sure.
