Eduard customer service

Post by gaz45 »

Credit where credit is due I e-mailed Eduard customer service regarding some differences with some of the resin parts in my kit, they replied the following day and are sending out the correct parts :th: :th: :th:

Good stuff. Its nice when a company as big as Eduard still helps the little guy.

Proper result. :th:
Its been tried and tested, it works! So don't blame the system if you're no good.

I agree - I have dealt with Eduard, Airfix and the UK agent for Tamiya (the Hobby Company), and both Eduard and Airfix were excellent in dealing with issues

The Hobby Company not so much :(

That is great. I would hate to have said they were good and then they ignored you

Although having sung Airfix's praise I just head back that they don't have a part I need in stock :(

Its a clear part as well, so will require quite a lot of work to make it look even vaguely presentable (it will also be the first time I need to do this, so it all builds up one's skills I suppose :))
