Egyptian M4A4/A2 FL-10 hybrid

Hi this is a one off build for Tomcat64 or Neil and anyone who may be interested, Neil sent me an article about building an Egyptian FL10 M4A4/A2 Sherman Hybrid and I thought you might be interested in having a go at it,this is it

This is a very short blog of what I did to build this model

The Two kit you need

All the parts I'll need in one box

Added all the missing bolt hole for the return roller bracket 4 in the end,2 in the top and thinned down the skids,added all missing bolts etc

Added drain holes

Added (Papped) to lifting rings and weld seams, added climbing step

Added side plates & welds

Remade rear engine door

Made up front & rear

Made exhaust

Added main gun transport support, front step, hatch handles

Made up turret, remade smoke discharges,replaced radio antennas and and missing rivets.

Made the rear door for spent shell casings, made new handles and lifting rings, fitted water j/can, added chains to the smoke discharges, added missing welding seam around hatch.

That's an insane amount of work you did there, very impressive. I would have liked a less yellow and warm finish on the paintjob, but overall I love it.
