Are there connecter pieces for airbrush hoses?

My airbrush broke which is the newer larger thread. I have a 30 year old Pasche untouched and its threading which attaches to the hose is the older smaller kind. Are there any connecting pieces which has the larger side on one for the hose and the smaller one on the other for the airbrush?

Looking at it I think the second ones look more like it. I know there are ones that connect to the compressor but I need it to connect to the hose. Its hard to tell from the pics but the second batch does have large on one side and small on the other. It just depends if they connect to the hose or the compressor but yes mate it would indeed be like that

It might just be easier to get a new hose, one that fits the Pasche Aaron
I use these two places for almost all of my airbrush stuff.
