Airfix Sea Fury

:thumb2: :welcome: Hi guys! I've decided that I've lurked about here for too long, and this beauty showed up today:

So I decided that I had no excuse to not post a build of this beautiful aircraft.

The parts are well moulded with no flash in the normal airfix plastic. I was worried from seeing pictures that the panel lines would be trenches, but I had nothing to worry about. As you can see the panel lines are fine and the details are well defined:

As per usual construction starts with the cockpit. The pit builds up well, this is it dry-fitted:

It's pretty well detailed, the only problem I have with it is the rudder pedals, they're a bit "blobby":
