Hi, apologies if this is the wrong way to post this type of topic but I’m hoping for some informative advice and I’m sure there are plenty of people on here that can assist.

We purchased a new build Crest Nicholson house in West Sussex. I managed to obtain the original highly detailed architects model of the entire estate with beautiful houses ranging from 450k up to 1m. My query being, is there a market for people to purchase these models, we now need the space in the room where it’s kept due to a new addition to the family on the way. On speaking with Crest I was informed that it’s original build price was 32k, naturally i’d Never expect anything near that but it would be a shame to just give it away. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

if some one does collect those type of models I would suspect it be to a tiny group of people. Then they would need a huge space to house such a collection and would fall outside the range of the common garden type modeller.
However did you consider museums or local historical societies. They could do a before and after scene
