Viggen Weapons

This may well be me showing my ignorance in terms aircraft knowledge as well as my lack of Google skills, but as we have a few Swedish members I was hoping someone would be able to point me in the right direction for information on the weapons the JA-37 Viggen carried? From what I can find it carried Swedish made weapons which although similar to sparrows and sidewinders were still different.
Are there any companies that make the relevant weapons? I know Maestro Models make quite a few, but they didn't seem to be the correct ones as the little information I could find suggests the Viggen carried one 30 mm Oerlikon KCA cannon and then had six stations for RB71s or RB24s.
Any information on what loads the Viggen normally carried and where to get them from would be much appreciated - I am building the 1/48 Tarangus Viggen and intend to use the splinter camo markings in the box
Thank you in advance !

Swede here but far from an expert on the subject, but here's some information.
JA 37 were made to use RB71 Skyflash, RB24J Sidewinder or RB7 Sidewinder and 13.5 cm ARAK m/70 capsules. Also flares of BOL and BOJ were attached after modifications. (Also 120 rounds for the AKAN 30 mm were in magazines.)

JA 37 D/DI:
I'm sure there are more detailed info available somewhere...

Awesome - thank you very much for this; this sets it out much better than I previously found

I'll look at it properly later today

Here a few nice pages about Swedish weapons.

For a regular JA37 load I would go for two Rb71 (AIM 7E) and four Rb74 (AIM 9L). One thing missing in the kit is the rails for them. Maestro has just released a resin set
https://www.rebell.com/nyheter/saab-ja3 ... l-set.html or you could probably rob them from some other kit, like the Academy F4 kits has all the weapons and the rails for the Rb74 (the US rails are slightly different from the Swedish, not sure if any one will know).

Fantastic - both these posts cover everything I was after, thank you very much
So from what I gather the differences from the AIM-9L and AIM-7E were actually internal so using the Eduard Brassin sets for these covers it perfectly
I will add the rails to the long list of aftermarket I am planning to get for this kit, they don't seem to have made it to Hannants or Ultimate Retail yet but I won't be ordering until I have completed the vetting process for my new job anyway so can wait
Thanks again - you have no idea how many times I have tried to find this information on Google!

I glanced at the title and read "vegan weapons". I opened the thread expecting sharpened carrots....
