Hi everybody. Joined a few months ago but never got around to introducing myself. I'm 36 and from Illinois. I use to build a lot when I was younger and into teen years. Didn't for awhile then took it back up in my 20's for few years. Last year my boy was grounded from video games for awhile. He was bored one day so I took him in the basement and had him pick a model from a box. Had quite a few so I started one to (Memphis Belle). Then my other son and daughter. So I've found one of my favorite hobbies again and the kids have gotten into it and love it. Been learning a lot from the site and videos to make our building better. Thanks everyone
to ISM. Looking forward to seeing you post your work - and your kids' stuff too. I just hope you've got a coping strategy ready for when the day comes and you realise they are better than you!
