Another Easter egg plane build all wrapped up
Some corny jokes, some resin mods and extras and then I wind up with a slightly more serious tone on my build

My good friend Stokesy, David, posted a bit about scrambling eggs....here it is

True story from the Battle of Britain. At Kenley airfield a squadron was at dispersal early in the morning and the phone rings. Duty Corporal gets half way into saying 'Scrambled eggs are on their way with the NAAFI van,' and the pilots all bolted for the door. Corporal had to run after them and get them back before they took off.

Good for a laugh, but it really struck me how wired up, on edge and stressed these poor pilots must have been. So from a joking fooling around build, it shifted into showing a bit of the exhaustion and humanity by changing the pilot and having him look dead tired in his fieldside chair.

So Flt Lt Humpty slumps exhausted in his armchair, dreaming of peace while his equally exhausted Spitfire sits ready
His white and polka dot ascot, a gift from his girl, is wrapped around his neck
