Tamiya's 1/24 Alfa Romeo 155 V6 Ti

Post by Paul »

Tamiya's 1/24 Alfa Romeo 155 V6 Ti, out the box bar the fabric seatbelts, great kit bar the engine cover which isnt a great fit.
Primed in Ultimate Yellow primer, base painted in Tamiya TS-8 decanted and airbrushed and cleared in mipa 2k Clear, all airbrushed through the Ultimate Modelling Products Apex Airbrush :)
Kit decals went down a dream, no issues at all.

Stunning work, Paul!
It looks like 2k works wonders, huh? I find it here by auto shops. I might give it a try. For now I'm experiencing with Alclad Klear Kote

Cheers!

One of the best looking kits Tamiya ever released, imo. You did it justice, and I bet it looks 7 1/2 times better in person.

Did you detail up the interior?
All of us get lost in the darkness, Dreamers learn to steer by the stars,
All of us do time in the gutter, Dreamers turn to look at the cars.
