this kit from Zvezda models was built nicely, everything is out of the box, only sails are sewn at home. How do you like it ?

PS: I now have a Golden Hind 1/72 and a diorama Morser Karl 1/72

I am from the Czech republic, the older modeler . Plastic models I am building from childhood. Up to now I started my plastic models to present at the exhibitions and the web. Now building a diorama of the Merkava MK.1.

I really love your ship builds, particularly the woodwork and sails. What material do you use for the sails?

For 15 francs more, I can put a can of sardines on your chest.

sails are made of 100 percent cotton, tinned in brewed black tea.
"soak in the crushed black tea, let it soak until you like the particular shade of color, then dry, iron and starch into the desired shapes.
