Burma Figures?

Post by ElCapitan »

Has anyone ever come across a set of figures that would be suitable for the British Army in WWII Burma? I can't find anything on scalemates.

I did find some heads with slouch hats that would be suitable, maybe if I pair them with some figures in Africa/Italy campaign uniforms, but it would be awesome if there were some more options!

It seems that the 14th army really is the Forgotten Army...

Arifix had 1/72(or was it 1-76) and 1/32 Ghurkas Australians (IIRC) and some of the desert rat figures would work, if the uniforms were painted O.D.
All of those were the soft flex plastic type on sprues fully molded, not the more "adult" type with separate torso, limbs, heads, etc.
Far from a great choice, but if you're looking for something cheap...
