This is probably a stupid question but what is sprue glue and where can it be bought from?

Just I have seen it mentioned a few times in the SIG threads and thought--------?

I find it very useful for seam filling. When closing up a fuselage, dry fit to determine the gap. Then apply just enough so that when it is joined a small amount will squeeze up proud of the seam and leave to dry. This time will vary according to how much sprue goo applied and temperature. This time of year I place mine near the fire and within a couple of hrs its ready. Then just scrap and slice as you would do for any mold joint or flash. Just a small amount of sanding to finish. Clean up time was minutes. I did this on the current bomber build and got a perfect result, unfortunately I had pull it apart and redo as I had stuffed the cockpit up.

Very good all, I now understand not glue but goo, you don’t buy it you have to bodge it with TET and old sprue. Interesting technique that will have to be tried at a later date.
