Hello everyone! This post is being created to give you, as a member of ISM, the opportunity to share what you have been working on during the week on the Friday night show.

03). Along with your image, Remember, post only one image per member each week. Hello Everyone!

Below is my Revell 1/72 Leopard 1A5. The kit came together with a Biber Armored Bridge Layer, as a set. Assembly was done via Tamiya liquid cement and your standard hobby knife (I actually think I used a box cutter for this). I used Testor's enamel spray for the base coat and major components. Cheap (those without a brand, wrapped in plastic tubs) acrylic paints were used for painting smaller details, and general dry-brushing. Woodland Scenic's Fine turn was glued on and painted with acrylics to create the camo net. External tarps and back packs were modelled using yellow Milliput. The shovel and the numbers on the add-on turret armor cheeks were taken from other Revell kits. Washes and color modulation were conducted using Fine Touch brand oil paints; and old, ground-up pastels were used for dust and dirt effects.

I completed the majority of the kit last year, but it's back on the bench again for further improvements (mainly more defined dry brushing). I'm also considering "bolting" on a dozer blade from the aforementioned Biber, along with oil barrels, ropes, and rust effects. My goal with this vehicle was not to build anything historically accurate, but rather to build something close to my vision of an "apocalypse tank." I'm also considering constructing a small diorama of the tank guarding a wooden shack. Maybe I could add some zombie figurines if I find any.

This kit had a lot of firsts for me; my first time scratchbuilding components, my first time trying to mimic a camo net, and my first time conducting full weathering. I'm happy with how most of the additions turned out; however, I'm not too pleased with how the mud came out, it's far too large -- a bit like the thing ran through giant chunks of choclate cake. Also, I think the tarps could have been a lot thinner and sharper on the edges, but I had a hard time rolling the Milliput out to the right thickness.

Hello all
A $6 eBay 1/24 Revell glue bomb Porsche 911 slant nose re-build.
Body stripped with oven cleaner, scraping and micro-abrasion.
Windshield frame was re-made and the entire rear wing and louvres cast in dental resin copied from a Fujimi kit.
Ultimate grey primer used for exterior accent colour, Miami Blue paint, Mr Surfacer 1200 gave a nice light grey interior colour.
2 part clear from a company that shall not be named
Still lots more to do for fit and finish, but finally got a paint job and clear I am happy with

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away Darth Vader was having second thoughts about one of the display teams he'd invited to the first Death Star air show...

This is Bandai's excellent 1/72 X-Wing kit finished in a scheme inspired by the RAF Red Arrows aerobatic team. I've used Ultimate Primers in black, grey, white & gelb. The Red & Blue are Vallejo ModelAir, the metallic colours are Vallejo Metal Colour and Games Workshop, and any details have been picked out in Vallejo Model Colour. The whole thing has been given a clear coat of Aqua-gloss followed by a black wash to pick out some panel line details. The masking was done with Tamiya tape and Aizu tape of varying widths from Ultimate.

Well again this week Mathew i have been working on the church, bring things alive now with the joy of paint.

Primed in of coarse Ultimate black primer, then stone work painted using Lifecolor Stone set, the brickwork with a mixture of model color paints and walls painted with Deck Tan (model color). I would list all colours but to many for Dan to read out.

This is all explained and each colour used as i go along in the build series. Still loads to do.

What we have here is the Zvezda 1/144 Ilyushin Il-62M decked out in the livery of Cubana, circa 2007, decals from BOA. The white is courtesy of Tamiya White Primer, three coats of automotive lacquer (bought from the local shop) and two top coats of Tamiya TS-26 (straight out the rattle can - it will be a long time before I do that again), most coats sanded back with micromesh. Engine leading edges in Extreme Metal AK478 White Aluminium, engine interiors SMS Steel, with a bit of dry brushing and washing to bring out the fan blade details (I do know how to do it but it doesn't go well on 1/144 airliners most of the time). The wing leading edges are Tamiya TS-17 (decanted, I learned my lesson), the wing tips are Tamiya TS-6 and the engine exhausts are MRP-148 Exhaust Metal. It's a lovely kit and I recommend it to all airliner modellers, and all other modellers too if you like big white things.

I am just about finished with the MiG 25 "Foxbat" for the cold war build. The model is originally from ICM but reboxed by Revell Germany. I picked this kit from the last MFH auction. It was primed with Badger/Ultimate gray primer and pre-shaded with Vallejo Nato Black. Base colors were from Vallejo Model Air and Metal Color lines. Weathered with Ultimate Dark Dirt and Abteilung 502 Oil paints. Final clear coat is Testor's Dullcoat.

The only thing left are the landing light lenses and the canopy. I haven't decided on open or closed yet. I may build a diorama; depends on how fast I can build the bomber for Scott's GB.

Finished the Tamiya Tom's SC430 Lexus.
It's taken a long while but I've really enjoyed this build.

Built out of the box, primed with Ultimate Black and painted with decanted Tamiya TS-76 through my Ultimate Apex. Bottom of doors and side skirts were painted with Tamiya X-7, which doesn't quite match the decals but I think I got away with it.
First time using Cartograf decals and they were a dream!

Final clear coat done with Mipa 2k and got a really good result. Rear window is very slightly orange peeled but barely noticeable.

Thanks again to Sam for the kit and to Paul for the sample of and guidance on how to use 2K effectively.

For tonight's build I shall continue to work on the Trumpeter 1/35 PLA ZBD-86B IFV which I started in the HO yesterday, so far a nice easy build with no problems, shall work on the wheels and etch parts during the show, I really don't think this one is going back in the box.

Tamiya 1/24 Mercedes C Class DTM Sonax/Tabac.

Primed in Ultimate Modelling Products White primer, painted in my own mix of Tamiya X-25, X13 and X1 until i was happy with the colour, if i did it again i would add some more x13 to make it slightly more blue.
The kit decals went down well and once set a couple coats of Mipa 2k were sprayed. All sprayed through my Ultimate Apex airbrush

Out the box bar the fabric belts, great kit to build although theres not all that much to see with the engine cover removed, at least this one fits pretty well.

Not much again this week but been sorting a few boo boos out around his neck

Once again been hot and distracted from modelling so here is what i have been working on at work this week

The wheels are afretmarked resin wheels, whitch This kit really needs. I also tried a oil dot filter on the fuselage
I turned out ok...... ish. I need to practice
