Hello everyone! This post is being created to give you, as a member of ISM, the opportunity to share what you have been working on during the week on the Friday night show.

Please read the rules below in order to participate.

01). By participating in this thread, you are giving permission for the ISM live crew to share your work during the Youtube broadcast of the ISM Live "At the Bench" Friday show.
02). Please, only post your own work and not that of others.
03). Along with your image, Remember, post only one image per member each week. This will prevent prolific builders from dominating this segment and will prevent this part of the show from becoming too long,please include the following details: The name of the kit; the company that produces the kit; any aftermarket that you have added, along with the brands and colors of paint used (if applicable).
04). The deadline for entries each week will be between the time the post goes up until an hour before Friday's show. Entries made after the deadline will not be shown.
05). Remember: If you wish to have a project highlighted during the show, the image and information must be shared in this thread, not a separate post on the Facebook page!

Here's one that's been sitting on my shelf of doom for a few months. I'm sure we've all made models like this - one where everything that could go wrong has gone wrong and I've made every mistake in the book. It almost ended up in the bin more than once but this one is a bit sentimental as it was in one of these that I made my first overseas trip way back when.

It's a Douglas DC-8-52 flown by Air New Zealand in the 1970s. It's the Minicraft 1/144 DC-8-71 kit converted to -50 standard with Contrail JT3D engines and Vintage Flyer decals. The main paints are Tamiya rattle can TS-26 Pure White and TS-83. I've forgotten what paint I used on the engines, it would be one of the Xtreme metalics if I were to do it again but I've only recently discovered them. The Anti-dazzle panel is MRP-171 Super Matt Black.

This one is far from perfect, but it's finished. Thank God!

M&S rebox of Revell 1/72 Lancaster Mk. 1/III

Decals on and Ultimate Dark Dirt wash applied to camo areas. Black surfaces may be a bit more difficult but I'm sure a custom mix will suffice? Need to dull down the roundels and weather the whole aircraft with oils especially the exhaust stains. Slow going!

1/12 Tamiya Honda NSR 500 Kit# 14099

The bike this far has been painted with a combination of AK Extreme Metal, Alclad and Tamiya Acrylics. Primers used, Ultimate grey and AK Black base on the high shine finishes. I currently Have the bike mocked up on top of the Advanced MarcoMoto Jig which I'm loving. Decal work is scheduled for this weekend and hope you guys like it.

Tamiya 1/24 Peugeot 307, with Studio 27 "expert" decals and OZ 15 spoke rims.

Primed in Ultimate Modelling products White primer, then sprayed in my custom mix of Tamiya TS-31/Ts-14 orange and yellow to match the scheme colour. Decals went down great and it was then cleared in my New Pro range 2k clear. All sprayed through the Ultimate apex airbrush. I gave it a light polish with some Novus and a wax with the excellent tamiya modelling wax.

I added the required 15 spoke Oz rims i had spare from a subaru

Its a great kit from tamiya and a good looking rally car.

Bandi 1/144 RTX-65 GUNTANK EARLY TYPE

Handed to me from my son to build for him, only took me a few hours, nice simple build and also a mojo booster, it'll go into Ultimate primer along with my other projects.

Haven't had much bench time, this week but made good progress on the Takom V2 and Tractor.

PE attached last night, using Gator's Grip Thin Blend, which worked really well. Just a few wheels and the main rocket to build now, before priming.
