Tamiya acrylic clear coat thinner

Post by Johno »

Recently bought tamiya X-22 clear gloss and XF-86 flat clear and have yet to use them have only used future floor polish as a clear, and was wondering if i have to use tamiya thinner with them, i've heard i can use alcohol but don't know if it works well, am planning on buying Ultimate airbrush thinner, will that work to thin them?

Just started using X-22 myself and I'm really liking it so far. Mix mine with Mr Colour thinner (about 60/40 thinner to clear) and it seems to work a treat.
