05). Remember: If you wish to have a project highlighted during the show, the image and information must be shared in this thread, not a separate post on the Facebook page!
This is an opportunity for you as members to be directly involved with the show. We hope that you will participate no matter your level of experience. This will not be a critique of anyone's work.

Thanks for all the comments & votes for the Chaffee last week guys - it's much appreciated.
Back to the WW1 GB build this week, I had hoped to have it moved along at bit more by now but this week has conspired against me. So here's where I got to last weekened. As mentioned previously this is the Resicast 1/35 Ford T Vickers gun carrier. I've scratch built the rail behind the front seat to give the Resicast driver something to lean on as he's obviously intended for a different Ford T. The other figures are from a Masterbox set. Everything needs some filling, sanding and general cleaning up before applying paint so hopefully I'll get to that this weekend.

So after a bit of a layoff we are back at the bench with another AW Jenkinson Scania and tipper trailer in 1/24. The tractor unit is the Italeri 143m kit and will be modified to recreate their 1984 Scania112m
The trailer tub and chassis rails have been scratch built from evergreen sheet and strip, this is my third trailer now so is getting easier. Need to have this one off the bench before SMW.

Currently working on the Scania R730 'Black Amber' from italeri. Adding the twin steer conversion from KFS along with sliding 5th wheel and dash conversion.
Chassis mainly built and primed in Ultimate Grey. Engine painted in various tamiya paints with a couple of additional pipes using lead wire.
Hope to get more done over the weekend.

KIT : Takom
TYPE : G6 Rhino
SCALE : 1/35
Work has restarted on this one, mainly to get it ready for Ultimate (Grey) Primer along with the other AFV I'm doing, so for tonight show I'll be fiddling with this one (Oh errr mrs) just adding ancillaries, like grab handles, suspension and parts clean up.
Ok move along, nothing to see here, I still refuse to endorse any Ultimate advertising on my pictures.

Yay it’s Friday
Not a huge amount done this week but every thing that has been done was needed.
The last decals went on. Going to call them ducks but pretty sure there not some sort of water foul. Any way ducks are on, the bottom edge of the decal was horrible and obvious so I used a 1200 thinny and set about thinning the edges. Was scary but needed doing
As all decals and main painting was done I glossed it using Alclad aqua gloss. I wouldn’t have done this usually but I was worried about the white paint getting dirty marks that wouldn’t have been able to remove
The radiator has been painted not totally happy with that, so it will be addressed tonight

Making time this year to get back into building.
Built the 1979 Hasegawa 190d-9 for practice in the late Summer:
Tamiya paints mostly and Alclad flat varnish. Some decals from Aeromaster Reich Defense part V.
It's a start(restart).
