My wife got me this kit because it was on my amazon wish list. When it came in her first comment was, "I didn't know it had a naked lady on it". So it looks like I will be going with the duck! Your build is looking great!

so anyway build is coming along fine. painted the pit with Vallejo model air and brushed the detail's with model color. glossed, Tamiya panel line wash, flat and then started to button up the fuselage. great fitting kit and everything is moving along nicely. one other thing a 9mm hollowpoint is to large to wait the front end

ok we are done.

decals went pretty fast and I got on a roll. I got the kit on sale, and I was really interested in the painting and the weathering not so much the building so I cut some steps and detail so I could get to the paint. first time using ak real color's and I think I might be impressed,

dump in some mlt and it goes down real smooth. first time using ak panel line wash's and they seem to be working very well also. flat coat was testers dullcoat lacquer mixed 50 50 with mlt and that seems to be a winner, had some problems with frosting with some other flats. so overall a good build, didn't wait the nose enough so she's got a stick up her butt

more pics in my portfolio
thanks for following along
