Weighing Down Model and or Model Stand

A few of my models tend to tip over on their stands a tad too easily. Is there a putty or other substance or method that you would recommend to help weigh down the stand or model to keep them in place?

1) Easy to Apply Neatly
2) Not Sticky or Tacky to Touch
3) Won’t run when I rinse dust off the model/stand with running water.
4) Will Last & Stay in Place
5) Not too expensive

Thanks ahead of Time for Your Response.

Rob

If the stand has a hollow base you could glue weights in there using CA glue
Stuff like lead pellets or those weights they put on carwheels to balance them could work
Or fix the stand to a wider wooden base of you choise
Something like 13mm or 0.5 of an inch should work

I have lead foil that I use to weigh down plane noses or make a car feel more substantial
They are dental by-products I have saved for a few years, but commercially available lead tape might be something that works for you if you put it inside the base or model
