Progress report

The front section is built, primed in Ultimate white primer then Zeropaints Ferrari red SF70H there is some semi gloss black tp be painted around the bottom edge and there are some masks for these demarcations but you have to cut them out yourself.

Image

The rest of the parts for this section have been cleaned up, primed in either white or gloss black Ultimate primer and then painted in semi gloss black and the ferrari red.

These parts included the seat and steering wheel which i forgot to photo :wall:

The carbon fibre looks great too
These have a lot of paint call outs at the start, but chip away and then BOOM it’s done

Just a small update
iv'e attached the engine/gearbox to the rear shell

Image

Image

Image

Now when joining the front to the rear they are not glued together has i have done in the past but screwed through the base instead which left a little gap line which i'm sure should not be there has pronounced has it is or it's just me badly fitting parts.

Image

Image

Image

Image

and to finish off the front wing section has all been painted up and decalled and waiting to be fitted

Thanks for looking and for your comments.

Thanks Kev enjoying the build but it could have been much better on the fit for a Tamiya kit but on the other side it is proably my own doing.

So here we are the final stretch where everything comes together
The front wing is attached

Image

Image

Image

Then after a good few hours the decals were on there was one that didnt play ball :wall:
The tyre decals have given me problems in the past but after reading the instructions properly they were easy to apply.

and finally all put together.

Thanks again for looking and for your comments i will post some more pics in the reveal section.
