think of the all wheel masks...never have to buy any again. I use a stencil, but I still like nice tools...
Please tell me if I'm wrong, but to me it looks like a industrial bearing with frame with cutter placed into the centre of said bearing.

I see Dspae have come out with a starter tool for cutting circles only costs half as much. Does sound a bit ludicrous a starter circle cutter...whats next a deluxe circle cutter.. reacts to verbal instructions.

Not sure if the centre piece that spins in the bearing actually is locked in or pops out. If it isn't locked in then it may have a tendency to pop out when applying pressure and trying to turn it.

EDIT... Found this seller selling cheap. $54usd including freight. He's got 8 left NOW................. ... I couldn't help myself.
