Superb. If you want a comment, I'd say the gun was too matt. If it didnt have a smidgen of oil on the exterior, it would at least have a sheen from the patina of the metallic surface. bit like the peak of his cap, but maybe less so. Ive been around guns all my life, and that just catches my eye.

Thanks for the input COR, I see what you mean. I'ii will work to improve that on the next one. Perhaps I will do a wash on this one to give it a more oily and metallic patina.

Thanks Stokesy44, I have several others staged for building which uncludes a Verlinden civil war Brook and Rifle Cannon with figures, a trio of spartan soldiers, a WW2 German sniper, and more. Currently I'm still working on a 1/18 WW2 British SAS Jeep and it has two figures of similar scale that have been converted from 3 figures and spare parts.

Marvelous work.
I would love to have my 1/18 metal pilot painted in the same way.
