1/32 Revell Ju88 plus pilots and aircrew

Well hello everyone all the way from sunny Afghanistan, this is my first thread as im new to this site. im currently just finishing up on a 7 month tour of afghan and looking at jumping straight back in to my Revell Ju88 1/32 model. Whilst I've been away I've treat myself to a few little extras for it, so now my model has some pilots. The aircraft is mostly built, just need to put the engines on and prime it. Dont worry, ill be putting pics up hopefully next week when i get back home, if i ever get out of here. So i have a week till i can crack on and id like to know if anyone can help me and show me a link to painting pilots and hints and tips to make the 88 look as real as possible.

Like i say, progress pics will go up as soon as im back, and if anyone knows of things i could do to help me please im all ears
