The 1/10 scale GT 2000 is finished, Zero paints bendix yellow and black used, clear coated in zero diamond two pack. Nice kit goes together well and just looks like its going 200 mph standing still.

This week I finished the GWH 1/48 F-15E. Great kit which went together well. I painted it using Model Air Medium Gunship Grey and weathered with 502 oils. I wanted to do it in-flight so I created a simple base using a block of wood and a brass rod.

Presenting for final review Brother Frosticus of the 2nd Tactical Squad, Fourth Company of the Imperial Tigers chapter. Around his feet you can see the skull & discarded boltgun of Brother Warwick who inadvertently blew his own head off during a badly thought out nose-picking incident. Alas, poor Warwick.

This is Games Workshop/Forge World's 143mm Space Marine from about 1999 entered into this year's Sci Fi SIG. As Dan & John have mentioned on previous shows the casting was disappointing in places to say the least. Paint has been Ultimate Primer, Vallejo Model Air for the orange and Andrea, Scalecolor, Lifecolor & GW for the details. Washes are from Vallejo & Tamiya.

Good evening happy modellers?

There’s not been much work been done on the bench this week due to work commitments. Nevertheless, I’ve finally managed to get this Micro-Mir 1/144 McDonnell Douglas MD-11 to the stage that it had entered the paint shop. So far all there is is Tamiya rattle can primer and Tamiya TS-83 over a gloss black base. If things go according to plan this will end up looking like a Swissair MD-11 from around 1993 when we flew in one to Europe.
