Lovely build, I like that you made it nice and grimy
Was the China British decal in the kit?

Thanks mate!

it didn't turn out too bad in the end, it was the canopy that has let the build down overall still not happy with that but the kit wasn't worth buying aftermarket for If i'm honest so will just have to live with it lol

I think the worst part of these old kits is always the canopy, they are so thick. The old Airfix Airacobra I did was exactly the same, and it didn't fit. I am doing an old tool Airfix Focke Wulf at the moment, I am expecting that to be the same.
You managed to get the panel lines to pop even though they were raised, well done. Nothing like seeing an old kit brought to life and built instead of sitting in a box being forgotten about.

Thanks

it wasn't so much of the thickness I wasn't to fussed about seeing into the cockpit as the detail in there is rubbish and I just put aload of bits in there to busy it up it was just the size of it for starters was too small and didn't fit right grrr lol

As for the panel lines theres not much left in parts with all the sanding and filling it needed lol
