Revell Jeep Wrangler Rubicon

I built this one about 2 years ago as a quick build.

It is a Revell 1:25 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. It is built box stock with the exception of adding a winch cable and hook, and the Jerry Can out back. The paint is Tamiya rattle can TS-46 Light Sand. This was also my first attempt at any kind of weathering at all. The look was achieved by taking Tamiya weathering powders and mixing them with Alcohol and shooting it through the airbrush. In addition to this, I took a toothbrush, dipped it in the Alcohol/weathering powder, and ran my fingers over the bristles away from the model to get the random spots.

Thanks for looking!

Ok, WOW :thumb2:
I would never guess that this was a Revell kit...looks like a Meng or something
Fantastic build job and awesome weathering. You did well to make her look run but not overdone so we see your details
Really impressed by your work

Thanks a lot! This is a very simple kit, and if I remember right I built it in about a week, lol.
