1/20 Hasegowa Maschinen Kriger Ammoknight with figure. Nice quick build for me and I do enjoy these kits, mostly used Valley and MIG paints in the build.

The red lead base coat over the undercoat went on as normal then sealed, every coat after that had chipping medium mixed in. When dry lots of chipping went on.

Finished up the Acura RSX (Honda Integra) for my son. Some things didn't turn out like I wanted but overall fairly happy with it.

Happy Friday Guys and Gals!

Good evening happy modellers.

Here, finished, are the two Hobby Boss 1/72 Dewoitine 520s that I started last week. The colours are all from my local automotive paint shop, thinned in a ratio of 1 part paint to 1.5 parts thinner and sprayed through my Badger Patriot. They are kit decals and they have been sealed with a coat of Tamiya TS-80 Flat Clear. They are both from the period of the Armee de l’Air de l’Armistice (Vichy Air Force), the one on the right belonging to the 1st Escadrille, GC I/3 not long after the German take over with minimal additional marking and the one on the left, of 4th Escadrille GC II/7, in the full Vichy ‘stripes of shame’ scheme in 1941.

This week I've made a start on my 1/72 Hasegawa MV-22 Osprey for the Winter Hovering SIG. Nothing too taxing so far aside from a couple of strategically placed EPMs. The alignment at the top of the fuselage is a little wayward though, so I've added some beams to persuade it to behave. Not much of the interior will be seen once it's all buttoned up but I'll be giving it a good dousing in Ultimate primer just the same.

Evening guys,
I have way too many projects on the bench at the same time and here's another one. This is a Trumpeter BMP-3F I'm backdating to a mid production MICV (I bought the 'F kit because it was on 50% sale). I decided to build it with the side skirts missing which meant that I had to modify the hull as Trumpeter got the side panels wrong. Not very noticable at this stage, but required a lot of work and will make a huge difference once the model is finished. I've added an RB turned barrel set and I also have a full Voyager PE set for it.

P.S.: One day I'll learn how to take proper pictures of my models, sorry for the picture quality.
Cheers, Peter

Been quietly plugging away at this one, Italeri 1/48 Wessex HU.5. Used the Eduard interior and got it buttoned up. The nose section is gonna take a bit of work. not the best kit, but not awful by any means. Will be doing it in The dark blue and red scheme thats in the box, which was the predecessor for the sea king. Any suggestions for a colour wash for the dark blue? Image
