Clear adhesive - which one..

The missus runs a weekly crochet class in the local "Hobby Craft" store so I asked her to pick me up a small botttle of PVA to do the glazing with. This is what she came back with:

The white bottle on the right is I guess what everyone is familiar with but has anyone come across the one on the left "Elmers Washable Clear Glue"?? Its actually a clear liquid as opposed to white.
