Global Scale Modeller

This is one of the kits sent across from friends in Rusia - apparently the old lady in their post office asked why they were sending kits of Russian helicopters to the UK and, when they told her, she insisted on sending this one too as a "cheer up" gift from the Russian Postal Service.
Its a Zvezda kit but much along the lines of, I guess, the Meng Models "War Toons" range??
A snap-together kit so I didn't think it was worth a build thread of its own - I put this together whilst doing the Mil and Kamov for the Hovering build.

As it comes:


The assembled kit - with a little bit of painting to add highlights. You can see how the base kit should look in the box art.

Can you tell them I'm a bit off weather too and in dire need of a T-14 armor kit in 1/35

That was quite sweet of them. And it's a cute little copter once finished

I can tell them certainly - but you will need to have done about a decade in Soviet Living History for the GSFG, Afghan and Chechen #1 campaigns ... И уметь говорить по-русски достаточно хорошо, чтобы выдавать себя за одного ....
