Howdy all,

Came back from some time away from the bench and found this kit half completed. I honestly don't really remember starting it; but, nonetheless it's a nice kit.

Overall the fit and finish seems pretty nice. No real issues with the last few parts I had to assemble. I was so excited to start modelling again; I forgot to take pictures for the assembly stages.

After a massively failed experiment with MMP, I had to use my Tamiya paints. Which, most of which had dried out during my absence. So, I settled on XF-59 Desert Yellow, which I had in stock and wasn't dried out.

The other kit is a M41 Walker Bulldog I started the other day. It's been not the best. The kit sort of sucks and my MMP experiment has caused me the need to strip the paint and start again.

Looks like you did a good job painting it, the finish looks nice and sharp, if not for the bit of overspray on the wheels. I'm working on the same kit at this time, but I'm kinda stuck with having to build friul model tracks for it, which I just can't be arsed to. The kit itself is classic 90s Tamiya quality, really easy to build and nice details, contrasted to the Walker Bulldog which is from the 1970s and originally meant to be a motorized toy more than a realistic depiction.

I really wish more companies made more variants of the Panzer III available, considering how difficult and expensive it is to get my hands on the dragon variants. At least we're getting a new Ausf. M from Takom and a J from Academy some time this year.

Did the camo yesterday. Came out alright. Next up is to mount the tracks, spray a gloss coat and apply the decals.

Looking great; I've built that kit a couple of times and have another sitting in my stash, and it's an amazing kit.
I like what you've done with the camo - subtle and not too busy. Looks fantastic.

Got the tracks on. Buffed it a bit, put on the pigments and some enviro effects and it's done! Pictures to follow tomorrow!
